I was born in PUERTO RICO, and if I live again i would love to be born again in PUERTO RICO i would never change it... LOVE TO BE PUERTORICAN....

As a Christian I am born again in Christ. If you are asking if I could have had power over when and were I was born I would have chosen to be born in the Pre-Civil War South. I would have loved to have lived in Atlanta when it was at it's finest. I like the dress of that era, the hospitality, the gentility. The whole Pre-Civil war era in the South holds an interest for me. Now for those of you who will be giving me a "bad" answer rating due to the South and slavery go ahead. I still would have enjoyed that time.

I'm born in Germany. There's no specific country where I would like to be born if I were born again, as long as it would be a free country somewhere in West it would be fine.
