Yes, I can put my hands flat on the floor when I'm warmed up. If you're working on your hamstring flexibility, make sure your quads are working during the stretches. Your hamstrings can't completely release unless your quads are activated.

Yes still can unless my hip is hurting. I fell when I was a teen well was dropped on my hip and when it rains my hip hurts.
