It may be possible, but I do not think so unless he gets a ring or breaks some records.
Too many off the field controversies, on the field controversies, and team disputes to put him in the hall of fame. Maybe change his attitude and gameplay and we just might see him get in.

Based upon his stats i would say yes but this is the "Hall of Fame" not the "Hall of Very Good". T.O. has done nothing to seperate himself from other players besides for his bad attitude and the way he destroys teams. He has nothing 'special' or unique to put himself above others. Its not all about the rings but they do help. In order for TO to get in the HOF he will need to play another 3-5 years without destroying a team and help better his image and possibly get a ring and break a record or two.

If you said yes then you no nothing about football!!! What has T.O. done??? Can any of you tell me that really the only thing he has going for him is he caught the most balls in 1 game and that's it. He is known for opening his mouth, questioning his QB's for no reason. NO Maybe if he could have just kept his mouth shut at Philly with McNabb he would've had a hall of fame career but in Dallas no. Glenn is a better WR then Owens. I hate T.O. he's made a mockery of Football.

He needs Super Bowl rings for that Hall of Fame resume. There are some great receivers that are still awaiting their call from the Hall. Take a look at the Top 20 WR's in catches and yards...there aren't that many in the Hall of Fame. So right now, unless he wins championships, I say no.

It's all about the numbers not whether or not you like the guy. As of now it's probably fairly close but I would say ultimately he will be a hall of famer. Certainly not a first ballot, but a hall of famer none the less.

NO!
We need to stop ruining the Hall of Fame by letting so many people in who are not deserving. Think about it, when he retires what will be his legacy. Big mouth, crybaby, troublemaker, whiner, conceited jerk. Definetely a good player but not great when you factor in the trouble he caused his teams and the NFL. The Hall of Fame is for outstanding players who were valuable to the team and the NFL, it is not spefically a place for players with statistics or rings. It should be just as much about the kind of player he was along with stats. Owens stats would have to be MUCH better to overcome the rest of his problems to get my vote.

About as much chance of him getting in as him winning a humanitarian award...even player of the year wouldn't happen if he were the leading receiver in the league...I think Steve Smith is the best WR in the league...and he has been to the Super Bowl at least...Marvin Harrison and that QB guy (yes, I'm joking...but I like Tom Brady better than Peyton) punched their Hall Of Fame tickets this year...Terrell is no team player...He is a just give me the damn ball player...

Yea...he will make it, not now, I say he needs about 5 or so years more. You can hate the mans character, but you cannot deny his playing ability. He is a game changer. Look what he did with the eagles and he didnt even play a full season and the QB disliked him. For the first half of the year with cowboys, he was quite but he still got a thousand yards or more. Cmon, dont hate the man cause he is confident in what he does.
