I was interested in the new RainX Lattitude wipers. I have no idea how to install them or what size i should get ( sizes range from 16" to 26"). I have a '95 Nissan Maxima.

If you go to an auto supply store, they have reference catalogues which will reference the make/model/year of your vehicle with the proper sized blades for each brand. I just replaced mine last Friday.

Or you simply measure the length of your current blades and buy the same size replacements... supereasy. They can fit any car, you just need to know the length of the blades.

As for installing them, if they are Wiper Refills ( just the rubber part ) you slide them into the blade.
If it is the Wiper Blade you just push off the old one and pop on the new one, close the clip. Instructions are on the package.

I would recommend new wiper blades, they are just a little more but much easier to install and they last much longer. The refills tend to move around too much. Your car is probably set up for the blades, not refills anyhow. Just look at the center of the blade, where it swivels, and you should see a U shaped hook. Just snap the clip back and it comes off.

When you get to the autoparts store, they'll have a manual near where the wiper blades are displayed, and you can look up in that manual the proper size for the left and right wiper for your 95 Maxima. (The left and right blade may be different sizes from eachother.)

When it comes to self installation, even when it says
"easy to install" on the packaging, it's not always easy, mainly if you've never done it before. the last time i changed mine, the pictures in the instructions were so small that i could barely see the details, and the written instructions did not agree w/ the pictures. it took me several mins to figure it out the first time i did it......................or maybe i'm just an idiot.
