If Virgin won't pay the high demands of Sky they have just made a massive saving, if it is fairplay like Virgin claim then don't you think we deserve a refund?

I'm really not sure what you are talking about? But I would say take your issue up with Virgin and demand a refund and prove your arguement to them.

Hiya

Yes definitely. We were NTL switched automatically to the new owners Virgin and now we will lose several major channels. I am sure there is a lot of competitive 'needle' between Virgin and anyone else in their marketplace and that's fine - as long as the customer doesn't get less for their money.

If I don't get a reduction on the monthly rate, I will simply cancel and go elsewhere.

You deserve a refund..and that's straight from me. Ever since sky began another TV company like Virgin is trying to gazump Sky. It's a race to see which one stays and which one goes.

If you were promised Sky channels in your package then you should get a refund if they cannot supply them. Check your contract and see exactly what you are paying for.

They answer that by saying they are giving us a choice of on demand shows, some already in place others to follow - not good enough in my opinion, how can i now watch 24, stargate, bones etc
