what do you know about libya? and do you think there is any democracy in it?

I've never consider Libya to exactly be an example for democratic development. Terrorism and military overlap are two key issues dealing with their government. Then there's the whole airline hostage dealings that happened during the Reagan years which complicated Libya's relations and image worldwide.

If their aim is to become democratic, they definitely have a ton of work to do.
