As I have asked in previous questions, "do I have a right to meet the ex's boyfriend because he is practically living with her on weekends and my son is there" - now I find out they are getting married.

I want to meet this guy and the ex refuses to let me meet with him or set it up, "Eric and I have no desire to meet with you" - keep in mind, this is the woman that abducted our son to a foreign country and got caught and I went there with a court order to get his return. Even her own court demanded she turn him over to me upon evidence of clear abduction with intent.

Now she is trying to abduct him leagally it seems...the mind of an abductor....fiance' with money, living 2 hours away...and will most likely file for relocation out of state...

Should I have a right to meet this guy?

Note; I have to find out through a third party instead of her telling me up front...there is no restrianing order, domestic violence, abuse etc.

I made the mistake 5 years ago of not demanding custody...we were married...still together...the abduction was a total left hook by surprise...I still loved my wife...I thought she was going nuts because she saw 911...2 months later she abducts...2 years later I find out she was biding her time to get him out of the country...I was oblivious to what she was planning still playing house with me...I thought she was still in love with me...we got into counseling after the return...and then she abruptly ended that...and demanded another divorce....I dropped the abduction charge...she dropped the divorce trhat she filed up on her return after I got my son back...I tried to get her back into counseling during the divorce proceddings...we lived in the same complex...our son with us on a daily basis...even aftrer the divorce we were spending time together...we had been together for 12 years...recently the BF turns out to be a very long relationship...and now yestrday...they are engaged...

You have no right to see him and it probably would be best not to do so until you get beyond your rage.

I guess I dont fully understand. Since you are the other parent, you have the right to NOT give permission for your child to leave the state. Sounds like a legal matter that your attny should address! Her fiance is not the issue here....Your child is!

That's a tough one. Also, it sounds like there's another side to this story. She clearly abducted your son, yet she's not in prison for kidnapping? Hmmmmm.
"Her own court" had her turn him over, huh. But he lives with her? Right.

Sounds like you will meet up with him in court sooner or later.

first off, why does this person have your child if they're already kidnapped him and you've gotten him back?

you have no rights legally to meet this person just because your child is living with them. sorry.
