There's not a blanket answer to this question. Menopausal women still need iron, although not quite as much as menstruating women do... but it really all depends on their diet. If they are eating a diet rich in iron (from things like animal protein, leafy greens, fortified cereals etc) then they may not need the additional boost of a supplement.

Each woman should ask her doctor, basically, who can do the bloodwork necessary to find out if she needs iron supplements.
