Yes, he was in the wrong at first but you brought the race issue into it unnecessarily.

Well you refered to his race... So...
Im not saying you are racist but the comment was racist and would have totaly been perceived that way.
Anger/frustration can make someone react irrationaly and even out of character.
Silly mistake. Just learn from it.

It was said," In the heat of that moment. Makes you a racist NO, but could be said one with that kind of talk.
As long as you pointed it out then now correct yourself from uttering those words again.
People say and do things they wouldn't normally say or do under pressure.

I think you have to look to yourself for that answer.
I mostly find that if someone is worried about being percieved as racist then they usually arent. You just need to think about your slang and how you react when angry.
Your outburst will never be acceptable no matter how you try to justify it. Just try to not repeat such an incident as next time you may end up in hospital or worse.

If he had made a remark about your culture/origin/color. How would you feel and why do you think that was a insulting remark as if you more superior. I get really fed up with white race thinking they are the superior. You may not have meant to be racist but it was certainly innapropriate

this is why people crash, so what if he cut you up? let it go! the next time you'd have seen him would have been when his car was wrapped round a tree further up the road. If people react to road bullies with rage like this it causes accidents when they could have taken the high road (no pun) and let the as shole get on with it.

No you are not a racist but you could use a course in anger management. Many have been killed by actions such as yours. It is not worth it.

This is another Jade Goody story isn't it?
To me this is name calling. Would you like to be called fatso?
Packed in your road rage and be cool! But mainly remove that word from your vocabulary and start calling your corner shop a CORNER SHOP!
