Way too often, that's for sure! Over the years I've learned rather than ignoring it and letting it go away, if I just admit my mistake and say that my foot didn't taste so good it tends to blow over. Apologize if you've hurt someone, and try hard not to do it again. Main thing is acknowledge you were wrong, say sorry and believe me....... it will take you far!

this is a good question, an i going to be honest,,,,,, when the wife an i get in to a fight,are me an the kids get in a fight, i all ways say something i don t, mean, then latter , feel bad an it will tell then i sorry, but knowing what i say , i can never call back

too often. I have figured it out to. The reason is becuase whoever i am directing my horrible comments to i want the to feel as hurt as they have made me feel.
Not to say that it is o k to do these kinds of things but hell whatever works works.
