I swear I already answered this question before,
just do good things, get a job if you need to pay someone, get a job , and start paying them back , dont ever listen to bad advice and keep away from bad things, always do good things, get a job, get qualifications , do voluntary work go outside , enjoy youself , and hopefully you won't be scared
I read about your mum and all, and I'm really sorry , I was thinking that you should find yourself a nice girl, who could help your mum, and remember its not your fault these things do happen, I know how you feel, talk to your brother and really tell him to , be on your side and to help you out, also talk to your doctor , if you have any problem.

About what, honey?
Can't expect us to help if you don't give any details. In my experience, it is best to face your fears but not necessarily on your own. Talk to someone you trust, a friend or family member or even a doctor. Think about what is frustrating you and why you are scared. Sometimes the answer are within us all the time, we just get too embroiled in our emotions to see things objectively.
Take care and if you still feel lost, try one of the online counselling sites, like www.samaritans.org.

You're question is very vague. I can answer you with what I know and that is to stop looking at the situation and dwelling on it. It may be real, but you need to look to the solution.
There is an acronym that I use often concerning fear. It is as follows: False Evidence Appearing Real.
Turn to faith in God. He is the Author of Peace. He's the finisher of your faith as well. He will give you peace that passes all understanding.
Circumstances in life may be frustrating, but there is a scripture that I use in which helps me. It is as follows:"For our light affliction is but for a moment, worketh for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory; while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen: for the things which are seen are temporal; but the things which are not seen are eternal." (2nd Corinthians 4:17,1 8).
So if you can see it, remember it is temporal or temporary. You can say it like this: It's subject to change!
Hope this has helped you.
