I had mine done just over a year ago. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. I did everything I was told - I researched it thoroughly, booked an appointment with a leading national augmentation clinic, saw their surgeon and was instantly put off by him. He was Italian and was only flown in twice a month to do surgery (foreign surgeons are cheaper!!!). He told me I'd need 380's to get a d cup. (I knew from my research this was rubbish - I eventually had 480's and managed a d) The co-ordinator persuaded me to see her surgeon which I did and I liked him - so I booked and paid. I went to London for the surgery I was treated worse than a stray cat. I was left alone for 5 hours and was the last to go to theatre. My incisions are uneven and one boob is slightly higher than the other. I was not fed or given a drink for 24 hours. Afterwards I had to clear up my own vomit and after discharge had to ask for the cannula to be removed from my arm. I complained through their complaints procedure, and was told I'm sorry you feel that way. That just made me madder - so I complained to the board of directors and eventually received £500 compensation. I do love my new boobs, but ask friends to recommend a surgeon/company that they have used and been treated well by - it's so important. I cut ties with the company I used and will npow have to bother the NHS for future check ups - NOT ideal. Good luckx

I had it done. One of the better things I've done for myself. But get the best surgeon that you can find. An inept doctor can make a real mess of it.
