I need to open port 60260/tcp for download but when I wanna go the router settings , my user name and password doesn't match, I need some help so I can set Up the port I want to Open, please help me, anyOne

The only way you're going to be able to make the change is with the password. If you don't have that, you need to reset the device back to the factory settings.
There is a small pin hole in the back of the device. Push that in and while holding, unplug the device. COntinue holding for about 10 seconds. Then plug it back in. You should be able to now log in with the default username and password (as in the manual.)
You're gonna lose all of your settings doing this, so be sure to check around real hard for your password first.
