Yes you do have a GREAT Boss!!!

Open up internet explorer. Then open "Tools" at the top. "Internet Options", then go to "Connections". Make sure that "Automatically detect" is selected. Unselect anything else that is checked off.

Now look for the ip address on the bottom of your modem. Type in http:// then the numbers listed. That should allow you to dial into the SBC modem directly. If a screen comes up welcoming you to the modem.....Then great you are in and it should start working, it will walk you through a process to set it up. Do not do passwords!

If that doesn't work get off your tush and come get me!

Love Your BOSS!

If you don't have time to sit with tech support then you don't have time to use the internet service.

It all depends.

No one should need tech support to get on the internet.

A few things I would need to know are:

Has your computer been online before?

What type of internet do you have? (Dial up-Cable-Dsl)

Have you changed anything recently with your computer?
