When I try to open certain programs i.e. mcafee internet security and others it wont open. When I try to uninstall them it wont let me and when i try to do a system restore it wont open that either. So i just wondered wot to do.

Boot your computer in SAFE MODE and then try to scan your computer with McAfee.
To boot into safe mode hit the F8 button (repeatedly) when you first start your computer. Then use the arrows on your keyboard to move to Safe Mode and hit Enter.

You may have a virus that is preventing you from opening and uninstalling them. Run a virus scan at http://www.symantec.com. Good luck.

i dont know you may have system stabilty issues do you have egnoth ram? and try the windows help or knowalge base falling that maybe its time to reinstall your windows software by partitioning your drive?
