Hate to disappoint, Abe Lincoln was not considered "right-wing" or even Conservative in his day.

Quite the opposite, his thoughts on civil rights, abolition and the Union were actually quite controversial and radical.

Timothy McVeigh, Ted Kaczynski, Rush Limbaugh, Ann Coutier, and Joseph McCarthy come to mind.

In response to Bradley, I've added a link to the Unibomber Manifesto. It includes Kaczynski's critique of leftist psychology. Ted was a card carrying conservative.
