I dont know which boroughs the following fall into but they seem fairly middle-class to me....Dulwich, Putney, Chiswick and Barnes

It's not Lewisham! Maybe up near Hampstead or Finchley, or Notting Hil, Kensington and Chelsea, Crouch End, Clapham, Dulwich......NOT Lewisham...trust me.
