Even though I'm a Giants fan, I must admit that it is uncomfortable to put an 80 year old man through this kind of attention.

I am not a Dodger fan, but always have held Lasorda in high esteem as a baseball man. And I still do. I may not necessarily agree with what he chooses to do in his personal life, but that is his business and should in no way tarnish his contributions to the game of baseball.
Also, I have to agree with you. What is the point in shoving this kind of negative attention on an 80-year old man??

Never. I've been a Dodger fan since I was a kid, and I've always loved the enthusiasm and passion that Lasorda has for the game and for the Dodger organization. Whatever he does or has done in his personal life cannot change my opinion of him.
Now, I don't necessarily believe what she's saying, and not just because I'm a Dodger fan. This just sounds like some high-profile ex-con desperate to make a quick buck by dragging people's reputations through the mud.

I am not a Dodger fan, but I think that Lasorda is still one of the best managers in baseball history. My opinion of him is the same.

I'm a Cubs fan. And I'm a Lasorda fan. We all make mistakes. Somethings should be kept private. I don't have any less opinion of Lasorda than I did before I heard this.

Tom is one of the greatest spokes person for the Dodgers and baseball. It should have no affect on him as far as baseball goes. Though his personal life is a different story.
