i need to find a research that should've asked for consent. or that the participants were decepted or not debriefed. didn't have the right to withdraw. confidentiality was broken there was no protection of participants etc

If you're an A-Level/Access Psychology student, shame on you! ;-) They are all listed in the textbook! ;-) The BPS guidelines can be applied to ALL pieces of Psychological research in some ways, but more well-known ones include:

Brady's Executive Monkey Study-if talking about the guidelines for animals (AQA Unit 5-ethics-non-human animals).

Little Albert-Watson & Raynor (1920)-conditioned him to be frightened of white Rats.

Little Hans study-Freud

Milgram's (1963) obedience to authority study-The electric shock study.

Zimbardo's Stanford Prison (1972 I think) study-the guards & prisoners study

Harlow's Rhesus monkey study-animal ethics (do not apply human BPS guidelines to this study)

Zimbardo's Stanford Prison experiment with the guards & prisoner's. Just done this myself. Cardwell and Gross books are very useful
