I'm not asking about families here, I'm merely asking about an individual on his own letting a nice flat in a fashionable part of town. I'm not talking Richard Branson wealthy here either. When I say comfortable, I mean enough money to go on a couple foreign holidays a year, drive a respectable motor, have nice clothes, and go out for dinner a couple times a week.

Probably about £20k, but does it matter - you'll probably let the question die anyway.

surely depends on where you want to live £150k for appartment in town, £150 for 2 bed terrace in run down area ha ha would have thought £30k p/a (salary income) should see you close. also are you a new buyer and are you young enough to take on a 35 year mortgage or perhaps a shared ownership would reduce this also... good luck, it's a really trendy place now

just noticed you said to LET, rent is usually the same monthly fee as a mortgage anyway so still work on the above basis

Hmm.. it relies upon. in the event that they're in simple terms relationship for sexual crap or because of the fact each and every physique else is relationship, it particularly is stupid. yet while they're particularly mature and particularly prefer to get to understand the guy and be with them, it particularly is super. yet I rather do not think of 14-15 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous men are mature adequate or waiting for a sturdy relationship. a number of them are. i replace into 14, almost 15 once I went out with my first boyfriend and he replace into sixteen. this does not make me a ho, i replace into in simple terms extra mature than men my age and that i particularly enjoyed the guy I dated and needed to get to understand him.
