A true friend is hard to get and hard to keep also.

I think a true friend is someone you cannot rely on but always seem to be there in times of trouble & not necessarily through your asking. A true friend is the same everytime you see them even if it has been over yrs & yrs since seeing them. They give you that feeling of being alive everytime you meet & everything they say is honest be it good or bad.

A true friend listens when need arises....but forgets what you don't want them to remember when you are on track again. Honesty is always a priority. Is there and each of you knows is salways there when needed. If we have a handful of such people in our life time we are lucky indeed.

a true friend to me is.. reallly.. there is no true friend.. everybody is fake.... but ... i have a true friend.. me and her got arrested.. she was right there beside me laughing and when the was asked who did the wrong in the situation.. she didnt snitch.. and her mother was there.. we both are good friends.... but about what a true friend is.... would be up to u.. how ur friends act and if their there when u need them.. and dont try to make u look bad... .. who will have a good time with u.. but really.. i dont know

Well, to me a true friend is someone that understands you. Someone you can talk to about anything and not be afraid that they will judge you. A true friend will be able to tell you when you do something wrong and will be completly honest.

A true friend is someone who will be there for you, through thick and thin. They will love you for who you are and not what you look like, whether you are gay or straight. They will listen to your problems and try an help you with them. I hope this helps.

To me, a true friend is someone who listens when I need an ear, who will tell me the truth when she thinks I need to hear it, even if it's painful, who will still be my friend even if we disagree, and who will expect the same of me.

I truelly think it is someone who u trust to know everything about yourself.As much as you know yourself,when u are in a jam they just know how to pick up your spirits .When u are blue and you need a shoulder to lean on its there for you!If you disagree you both have an opinion to get through it !

A true friend is someone who you can confide in, who sticks with you during your highs and your lows and who you can have a good laugh with. That's my personal opinion. :)
