Explain why you drive better.

I think that women drive better than men...I think this becuz men have souped up fast cars,they race alot and its just in a guys nature to want to be faster....It is also a proven fact that more men have more D.U.I.'s in a year than women do....I ahve been driving for 13 years and have never had a ticket or accident...

Sorry girls, but in this one I agree with him, Everything i had been about to crash is been with another woman.. woman's get distracted easier and most of them drive doing other stuff like putting on make up, talking on the phone, fighting with child etc... I think men get less distracted... So I believe men are more carefully on the road not better drivers... I am the only exception in this case... I am the best female driver there is ever gonna be...

Man is that the double edge sword.......Statistically (Insurance, driving records,ect.) women are the better drivers. However, How many times has it been snowy or rainy and you need to go somewhere with your girl? Who Drives? Most of the time the guy gets stuck behind the wheel in adverse driving conditions, which is usually when the men ends up in wrecks and other issues. So I guess you would say mile for mile men are better drivers, however, women are smarter then men for having them drive when it is bad out to keep their clean driving record and low insurance rates.

Boy don't I hate to agree with you but . . . I see women yelling at their kids and drive all over, putting on make up or brushing their hair, blaa, blaa.blaa.
However I think the worst drivers, Men or Women, are the idiots who talk on their cell phones while driving. I've seen too many people all over the roads and some coming damn near close to causing accidents.
And yes, I am a woman . . for those who think I'm a guy

I hired a women driver once to drive me in my business, she never looked when she got into another lane and actually hit me once when I got out of the car with the car.but my mother was a fine driver.they don't usually have the right attitude they should about driving, they don't pay attention as they should ,they want to put on makeup. or something while driving.
a very fine lady down the street was hit from behind by a women driver and she is in the bed all the time now and cant even get up at all.for the rest of her life.
and what fool came up with the idea that they can vote legally?

I don't necessarily think it's a case of who makes the best drivers - men or women for it depends on the person and of course age and experience.
Whether you've been taught to drive by a reputable Driving School.
Whether you drive for business or pleasure.
What state of mind you're in.
Driving needs 100% concentration so supposing you were driving your kids to school - and you were the Dad - your mind will be distracted ar some time and you're bound to break a driving rule.
The majority of reps are men - and look how many of them you see on the motorways - using Mobiles ! ?

Sorry but not me homeboy. Virtually every guy I know drives wayyyy crazier than I would. They think they own the road or somthing and I have been in only 1 accident a fender bender and most guys I know have been in like 3 or more. I am extremely cautious and always let people in if they need to get in the lane. Most guys just speed up so nobody can get in ..like a 5 yr old or somthing

Men back up better than women, IMO. Otherwise, I think that women are more careful in general. Some women, however, are even more aggressive than men, so it all depends on the individual. But statistically, the insurance companies say that women are better.

Yes and NO.
Women are more careful and don't take the chances that men do.
Men drivers are involved in more major accidents.
Women get into more little accidents while doing makeup or fixing their hair while driving.
My Girlfriend had two accidents while driving and reading.

I kinda think, alot has to do with age..In some cases, not all.
A young 16, 17 year old boy that has a new car, and trying to impress the ladies, may spin his tires, and try to be more racey.
A man whom is older, with children may try to be more responsible, and use some sense.
As a woman of course, I will say that a woman is a better driver...But I think its about equal...
