Neither - I am honest. Sometimes being honest means that you hurt someone's feelings.
I would say that sensitively telling the truth as I see it is being nice, but many would disagree with me.

I'm almost always nice when I answer questions on here. I do get mean when I have to. If someone keeps posting stupid questions, or posts a bunch of questions in the wrong category, then I can't help myself. My sarcasm builds up and I just have to comment to them. I usually also am mean when a person posts an absolutely arbitrary or slanderous question about a celebrity. Like, Did Elton John really sleep with Hugh Jackman? I mean, really, what is that?

I always try to be nice. Sometimes I get a little irritated about some of the questions on here. It's usually a couple of the other categories not this one, like immigration & politics.

my problem is i start out to be nice and then i read a post and its so wrong that it effects my answer. i know better and i add fuel to the fire and then i get a violation...well i probably deserve them after reflecting on them...i guess two wrongs don't make a right but if you are on here any length of time you sure read a lot of stupid questions and answers.\
someday i probably be dropped from Yahoo! but they will probably be doing me a favor as I am spending way to much time on here..thanks for the great question
