Never send out your personal information over e-mail. It is VERY unlikely that they would also use an email like "barristerchristiancham2007" it would be more authentic if it were "theteam" or "admin." Another clue that this is fake is the fact that there does not seem to be a link about the competition. If it was valid there would be a link to a site, (ON YAHOO) that would explain the terms and conditions etc. This email was spam and a con.
Have you got your profile set-up so others can email you? (like mine lol!!) This might be how they got your addressee

SCAM SCAM SCAM.....
This is called Phishing.
They troll for suckers to bite on the bait then they tell you (if you respond) that it will take a little bit of your cash to get the money transferred to you....get it? it's all total BS.
They want YOUR money, they have no intention of sending you ANY.
Yahoo does not run a Lottery.
NEVER respond to any email like this or one purporting to be your bank, your brokerage house, etc.
They are all attempts to dupe you into sending in your cold hard-earned cash, or to steal your identity, or to make a raid on your bank/brokerage house accounts and steal you blind.
Report such emails to Yahoo so they can try to source them out and block the senders.

It's a big SCAM.
Don't even bother to open the e-mail, it might contain virus which will stick to the hard disk of your computer.
Just delete it.

Did you enter any contest like this? No.
So how did they get your name, etc.
It's called phising.
Never give anyone any information about yourself.
