Why not back track a bit and start with using condoms along with another form of birthcontrol, then you wouldn't need a morning after pill.

You can get the morning after pill from family planning clinics or over the counter.

In the UK it is free at the clinics or costs around £30 (maybe $45?) at a pharmacy.

Wherever you get it, the doctor/nurse/pharmacist will have to ask the girl some questions, about her age, medications, etc. There is not an age limit on the morning after pill but I think for a while certainly in the UK pharmacists were not supposed to sell it over the counter to anyone under 16. The doctor/nurse/pharmacist will then watch the girl take it - you can't pick it up for someone else.

Hope this helps, good luck.
