I smoke around a pack per day, i just want to know what ciggarretes actually do to your brain.

The cigarettes do not make you stupid. Rather, you are stupid to smoke cigarettes. They will do several things to you: create shortness of breath, make your clothes and house smell of smoke, possibly cause heart disease and/or cancer of the lungs, cause emphysema. Now those are really good reasons for not being so stupid by smoking.
