What do you think? Which restroom should M2F and F2M Transgender's use? "M2F means male to female and F2M means female to male."

I think they have to use the restroom of whatever they LEGALLY are; in other words, what it says on their drivers license. This is irregardless of what they can 'pass' for at the time.

Ideally whichever their mind is most like. So those with a masculine mind should use the male rest room and those with a feminine mentality should use the female rest room. There's always the cubical to avoid abuse or embarresment.
But the truth of the matter is that they would only be accepted into a female rest room if they appear to others as female and vica versa. Again you could always use the cubical.
I think that there shouldn't be a division between male and female toilets appart from seperate sections for urinals i.e. shared cubicals. That way would suit everyone.

I think you use the restroom of whatever sex you are physically becoming. It in my understanding that prior to a sex change, a trans is usually required to live as the sex they desire to physically be for a while. So, wouldn't it be confusing for a person that is dressed and acting female to go into the men's room, or vice versa.
There are stalls, so privacy shouldn't be a problem.

MTF: If DRESSED as a Female should use the Women's restrooms. They have closing stalls...so who cares!
FTM: If DRESSED as a man and if he "packs" then He should feel comfortable about using the men's restroom.
Personally I think ALL restrooms should be Unisex with closing stall doors.
Heck I share my bathroom at home with a male...(Granted I've taught him to aim properly and to put the toilet seat down when his through!)

Both female and male can use either one as long as no one of the opposite gender is in them. It is their choice.

i think they should use the restroom of whatever parts they have. male genitals, use the mal restroom, vice versa.
