I've often wondered because a lot of the young generations are being brain-washed by media, music, film, etc. with their liberal leanings. I'm one of the very few young people aged 18-24 who is a Conservative. Especially in Canada here, where majority of the Ontario population is Liberal.

Especially with a lot of young kids following other people with their views of President Bush. So do you think in 25 years Conservatism will be dead?

That's a pretty silly question. The meaning of 'conservatism' and 'liberalism' changes over time: measures that were radical fifty years ago are par-for-the-course today. So no, conservatism won't go away, but the political ground will continue to shift. And I see no reason why - in Canada at least, and in a more erratic way in the US - the political ground shouldn't continue drifting in the direction of greater social liberalism.

interior the united kingdom, except the older individual is able of authority over the extra youthful, then, as long as that's a consensual relationship, a sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous could have a sexual relationship with all of us else who's sixteen or older. as long because of the fact the older individual isn't a instructor, social worker or different individual in authority over the sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous, a relationship between a sixteen and a 25 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous is surely criminal. yet sure, a sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous continues to be a minor interior the eyes of the regulation. they only have extra freedom than their American opposite numbers (can play the lottery, pass out, drink alcohol in a eating place if ingesting and observed by potential of an grownup).

The US culture is always moving forward and progressive (i guess you could call that liberal). It used to be a conservative view to want segregation and liberal to not want it. Now, both sides don't want segregation. So the culture will slowly move toward views that were liberal 20 years before. But the conservative views will also move with this, so conservatism will always be around.

There will always be people out there who are afraid of the Next Big Thing. They will try to hide in yesterday, desperately trying to maintain the status quo of a world that is already over. Even 25 years from now there will still be conservatives with their heads buried in the sand.

absolutley not...I forget who said it but there is a quote that goes..."If you're not a democrat when you're young you have no soul...if you're not a republican when you're old you have no life" or something very much like that....basically meaning that the youth of this country is where the dreams and wishes come from...then when you become responsible for yourself and those you love, you realize that the govt is not the way to care for them, but you're own personal intiative and resolve is

Bush is a fiscal liberal and led a personal liberal lifestyle.

Neoconservatism will be dead, fiscal conservatives will kill neoconservatism.
