As most other people are saying, it's probably not a good idea to do it if the laptop is hot. What you could do though, is buy a cooling pad for your laptop that way it doesn't heat up. Not only will it not hurt the fetus, but it also helps your laptop from not burning up. Or what you can do, if you don't want to spend the money on a cooling pad, just put something underneath the laptop, like a mat of some sort. If you're interested in cooling pads, here are some links below that you can take a look at. Most stores that sell electronics carry them.

I'm not sure exactly, but I would be very careful, not because of the pressure, but because of how quickly a laptop heats up. Heat can affect the fetus during pregnancy, and that is a cause for concern.

Good question, i did that in the begging of my pregnancy but now i am just to worried to do it, many people say it is okay because the manufactures would not be able to sell it if it could cause harm, but just to be safe i wouldnt do it any more

Not if the lap top is hot. It it isn't hot, it should be fine, or if it is hot, just put a pillow on your stomach first and put the lap top on the pillow.
