I have a regular 9-5. However, it is somewhat flexible (ie. time off in the middle of the day). I won't be leaving this job.

Is it possible for someone to work as a real estate agent while having a full time job?

examples, tips and advice appreciated

Have you ever thought of buying and selling property??? Buying fixer upper houses and then remodel them and sell them at a profit for you... Just a thought. I know a few friends that do this and they have a pretty lucrative side income....

I've known real estate agents who work part-time evenings and/or weekends, while working elsewhere during the day, and so the answer to your question is yes.

The best advice is to contact some local real estate agencies and let them know about your desire to work for them. Most will train you.
