I'm not sure whether you mean (N3)- or N(3-). The former does have resonace structures, but the latter doesn't.

C2H4O also requires them.

b and d require resonance structures.

b: Azide can be drawn with two double bonds between the nitrogens, or one triple and one double bond.
d: Sulfite has a central S atom bonded to three oxygens (one double bond and two single bonds).

Note:
C2H4O can be either acetaldehyde, its enol (propenol), or ethylene oxide (oxirane), none of which require resonance structures.

I don't think C2H4O requires resonance structures. It is just acetaldehyde (CH3CHO)
