Then forgive me or not, U R THE WORLD'S BIGGEST IDIOT !!!!
I've been a mortician's assistant for over 30 yrs. now and seen so many motorcycle accident victims come to our funeral slabs so that we can mend and sew up the damages caused by the deceased because they didn't were a helmet that could have prevented their death. Some were friends and others were children of my friends, those were the hard cases. But it angers me that u don't stop to think of what u r doing to urself and to those u leave behind because of the stupidity of not liking to wear such an important piece of motorcycle gear like a helmet. PLS, pls add another zero to that 10% and make it a 100% of the time for ur sake, ur families and to cut down on the mortician's job who have to mend the broken pieces before ur family and friends see u for the last time.

If I ride on a motorcycle I always wear a helmet. There is a helmet law here in Washington State. All though most of the bikers I know are safe riders, it's the idiots in cars we have to watch out for.

Nope. Too many assholes in the DC area either on the phone, don't know what they're doing, or actually trying to hit you. And it's the law. I guess in places like Oklahoma, where you can see for miles around you and there's no traffic, you don't always have to wear a helmet. Deleware and Florida supposedly don't have helmet laws, but there's no friggin way that I would drive without a helmet anywhere on the east coast. Too much traffic, too many morons, and no visibility.

my cousin rode without a helmet for 40 years and THEN
ONE TINY pebble he hit in the road just right and he lost control and died...they said if he had a helmet on, he would have lived for sure
I would never ride a bicycle or a motorcycle without a helmet. Yes they can be hot to wear or an inconvenience but compared to your life, it is a small thing to do.

I like my brains inside my head and i want to keep my organs and not give them away.If you dont wear a helmet please get the little heart from the dmv.You might think your cool riding without a helmet but your just stupid.I will wear my helmet and keep riding you can spend the rest of your life in a nursing home shitting an slobbering on your self because you chose cool over smart..Hey ill ride my bike there and bring you some crayons...Dont be a jackass just put your damn helmet on...

We have a helmet law here in California. When the weather is warm and the snow is melted (I'm in the mountains, Tahoe) we always get out the Ninja 500 and I hop on and blast around the block a few times with out my helmet, I know it's stupid too, my husband get mad, but it's just 50 MPH around the block. What a FRICKEN RUSH, when I pull up in front of our house I am always shaking! You should wear yours if you ride allot though! We don;t ride much because we only have one bike, I don't want to be a passenger!!!

I myself think that helmets really SUCK! I had a very bad motorcycle accident years back and wasn't wearing one, this was the best thing for me not wearing a helmet, why is that is because according to the doctor's who saved me they told me it was a good thing I didn't waer a helmet, otherwise if I had I probably would of broken my neck instead of splitting my head open! I know from riding that a hemet interfears withyour senses to react to a situation, it blocks your hearing, obstructs your sight, etc.etc.etc... The law made it so you have to wear one,just so they can fine people! I think helmet laws suck. it should be up to the rider if he chooses to waer one or NOT! Screw the dam laws!!!, and the pigs too! Any pig reading this go eat a donut and leave the motorcycling to the real bikers and not any of you wanna bees! O.K.! Have a cup of coffee while your at it too!!

Yes, when I was still able to ride I loved being at the beach with no helmet. It feels free and kind of like you're flying. I miss riding.

They're fun but they're so dangerous. At this paranoid age of mine, I would have to wear full body armor before I'd go near the thing!
