We think positive about america and americans But sorry to say i have only hatred for bush and his policies which are truely anti-human....War in Iraq is an injustice to Iraqi and muslim coummunity as they are being invaded for giving america some economical stability though US is losing their own soldiers lives there......But the fact is that this invasion is Totally wrong and based on wrong excuses. Your governament has taken away the Iraqis right of living free and fearless life in their own country...this has added a lot of hatred for your governament around the world....Bush is simply a hypocrite !

We in other Countries think you are only concerned about your own Country. I'm a Brit. I've had many holidays in the US. I love the American People. But when you put on US TV there's hardly any news about other Countries. I was so frustrated when I was visiting America because I needed to know what was happening in my Country. I couldn't find any information at all. Yet here in the UK world news is so important to us.
I think George Bush has been very bad for the US, he's given the impression that everyone thinks like he does. Trigger happy and let's wipe out anyone who doesn't agree with us, kind of attitude. So North Korea and Iran want to build nuclear weapons. So what! The USA have nuclear weapons, and so does the UK. So why is it so unacceptable for other Countries to have nuclear weapons? Talk about hypercritical!!
There was a question on here a few weeks ago. Some silly idiot, said "Why do you Brits stick with us? Cause we could wipe you out within seconds if we really wanted to". That's the kind of attitude, the whole World hates about the Americans.

As a result of World War I and II, Americans were seen as heroes by most other countries (exceptions being Egypt, Syria, Jordan, Iraq, Iran, Germany, Italy, U.S.S.R. and Japan as well as a few other Arabic/African/Communist smaller nations). However, after the Reagan (perhaps even as early as the Nixon) Administration, our high approval among the other nations of Earth has been sinking faster and faster. The Korean War was perhaps the first time our hero status was hit. The Vietnam War certainly destroyed much of our reputation, especially since it was the first major war in history that United States lost. Our support with Israel (even though I agree with the support) has also been quite contriversal. As the 1980's came, our reputation was far lower than it was during WWII. Thanks to the first wars in Afghanistan and Iraq/Kuwait, even more nations became infuriated by our "lust for war" as many have put including Saddam Hussein. The 9/11 attacks lower our reputation among the Muslim states, but raised it a little in the European and east Asian nations. Our attack on Afghanistan in 2001/2002 was pretty much supported by every nation even many Muslim nations. However, Bush killed most of his support when he invaded Iraq. Though many say it was necessary to invade Iraq, the contreversy was too widespread and therefore hurt our reputation considerably. Today, America's approval rating is at an all-time low, though it is still high enough to sustain our status as the Supreme World Power for a few more years. Unfortunately, China is the world's largest growing economy and will soon replace United States as the top power. It has become all but inevitable that we will become China's "Big Brother" or "Lap dog."

The education system in the U.S.A. has gotten so bad now that
the citizens are "out of the loop". Now the US$ dollar is going into
the tank as well. Serious?? Wait till the US attacks Iran, possibly this month..!!
"War is big business", and to hell with people dying.
Long live your war mongering president - Bush the tyrant.
God help us all, Tico Billie

Who cares what others think of us. That is the entire problem in a nutshell.
I agree that we have caused quite a few problems thru ought the world lately; however what if we did nothing. No money for disasters, no aid to third world countries, no military support for those in need, no temporary visas or green cards.. The list could go on. Maybe we should start thinking about resolving our issues from within and acting like the rest of the world. What would happen then???? Let's get back to the basics: Healthcare reform, better education for our youth, keeping big business inside our borders.. You know, things we take advantage of and have forgotten about. France, Germany or Russia can take care of the "world" issues..

Well, I can only tell you what I hear when I am in Poland: "What were the people in your country thinking when they voted for that man? Look what he has done!"
They love the American people...I am so respected wherever I go. However, Bush is hated. They cannot understand why the war was ever started; they lost a lot of their boys there, and are very resentful.
They also want to know what America is like, what our freedoms are, what our democracy is like (because theirs is new to them) and what we think of them and their country.
They are just as patriotic as we are.

Mr Been is right!! If it sucked to live in America then they wouldn't be fleeing their countries for the U.S.A.! And I must add that Tony Blair looks like a leader, and our politicians dress like they went to goodwill in the dark and grabbed the first coat and pair of pants! I digress...
They like us enough to move here for free medical care, food stamps and social security benefits. Then they put flags from "their country" on their cars, business windows, homes, etc. Once you're here in the U.S. this is your country, so pledge allegiance to our flag you ingrates.
Whew I feel better now.
Seriously, most Europeans hate our guts and think we are fat, lazy slobs that wear cowboy hats all the time. Just read all the remarks the Brits make about us right here on Yahoo! Answers. They hate us, they regularly call us "thick and lazy". Nice huh? But we have better teeth and don't pay $6 for a gallon of "petrol" to support a monarchy...so their snide remarks mean nothing to me. They can bite me, but I bet their nasty rotten teeth wouldn't hold up.

You are a rogue nation full right wing sociopaths. Neo- natzies, KKK (Christian), Arian Nations, etc. You accept lieing governments which cause terrible problems over the world. Pinoche put in control in Cilli. Noriega puppeted in Panama, Guatemala (United Fruits). Nicaragua, Saddam in Iraq, Honduras, With the UK in the Middle East (all over) creating B/A (British/American Oil) which was created because UK (British Oil) refused to pay royalties all over the Middle East. Continues to brag about charitable gifts when most of these carry ties making the recipients of charity forced to spent it on only American goods.

Politics and people are almost always different. Everyone is complex. I didn't like Hitler but not all Germans were "bad" at the time ( even the sheep who were scared and felt they had to follow him ).
They were meek and got what came back. We inherit good or bad situations. We all have to do more to inherit a good situation.
Bush --maybe??-- a WOLF in sheep's clothing. OR plain STOOPID DUH!!!
Tell me which is worse?
Anyway the US has a lot of positives and they almost or do outweigh the negatives in the long run. Even recently. Politics have almost deep sixed this.
