How can I play Battle Field 2 Online? I've already got the software and the internet connection what should I do?

When you originally start the game it is going to ask you to create a soldier. This will be the game name you use and wont be able to change it down the road so make it something you really want to use. Then when you get to the main screen it will give you the options of single or multiplayer. Click on the multiplayer and it should start to load the available servers for you to use. Click on a server and click join in the bottom right hand corner.
But before you do that make sure you have the latest available patch which you can do a search for. I believe the latest one is 1.41 but not sure.
