You don't. The person your sending it to does, on the back. You just fill in the information on the front of the money order. I get many of these from an online business, trust me. I have never had trouble cashing one.

You don't. Same as if you got a cachier's check at your bank. The payee who's name you put on the check or money order must endorse it on the back.
There's a place for your name and address on the money order but it doesn't have to be there for the payee to cash it.
