My husband and I have been trying for about a year and a half to get pregnant, and I took the test and it was positive. Does anyone have any creative ways I can tell him? Thank you!!

Make him dinner tonight of baby quiche, baby carrots, and a baby spinach salad. See if he picks up on the theme. If not, serve a positive pregnancy test for dessert.

Get a small box and buy some cute tiny little baby shoes and wrap them up and give them to him over a candlit dinner.
Or here's a cute one I found at About.com... Announce your pregnancy to your husband with a souvenir that he can keep on his desk or dresser. Take a picture of your positive pregnancy test and frame it with the words, "Positive proof that in nine months you will be the best dad around, just wait, you'll see."

Get a really cute shirt that says, "I'm going to be a MOMMY"! or one of those maternity shirts that says, "Bun in the Oven" .. or that says, "Baby" (with an arrow pointing down). AND WEAR IT AROUND THE HOUSE .. he'll notice :)
or keep the pregnancy test and get your husband a card that starts out with the word, "Dad" .. and put the pregnancy stick in the middle!

you could get him a card that says "daddy" on it, or maybe buy a tshirt or something that says daddy. I think since you guys have been trying so long, he wont care how he gets the news. He will probably be just as excited as you!! Thats so awesome it happened for you guys...i know what its like to try for a long time!! You could also leave the test somewhere he will find it. Whatever way you tell him im sure he will be happy! :-) CONGRATS!!!

On Full House when Becky wanted to tell Jesse she was having a baby she had Baby Back Ribs and Baby Carrots and stuff. to tell the rest of the family she did charades.

I had a friend buy a pair of baby shoes and put them next to her husband's shoes in the closet. In the morning when he was getting ready for work, he saw the baby shoes and knew. He loved it!

Buy three bears from let make a bear have a momma bear a papa and baby bear you can design them yourself and set them on the couch or have them sitting at the dinner table like one big happy family .

Make him alphabet spaghetti on toast and spell out the words "Congratulations Daddy" on it or if you have letter fridge magnets, you could the spell the words out on that. Good luck with the pregnancy xxx
