Best Technical Support Website?

I need help with some computer issues and so far I haven't had much of a good experience with the sites I've gone to, like Tweaks or MajorGeeks. I need a site that will actually help me with these issues. Any of you guys know of any good sites? Thanks a ton!

When I'm stuck in a real bad situation.. I go to casltecops there the (best) technical support group that can help you in any computer questions you have.... Then again there's alot of people here on ask yahoo that can help just as well..
