This is a new answer since you clarified your concerns and my old answer did not speak to those aspects.
If you are less than 18, then maybe all you need is time, as the foreskin loosens as you go through puberty. You definitely do NOT need circumcision! That would be very painful and have a negative effect on your sex life for the rest of your life.
Usually all that is needed is a little gentle stretching. I stress "gentle" as pulling really hard can actually make the problem worse. In a warm bath, while your penis is not erect, just hook your fingers under two opposites sides of the foreskin and pull until it just starts to feel uncomfortable. Do not pull to the point of pain! Hold for a few seconds, then let go. Repeat several times. Later, do the same thing out of the bath, using baby oil or lotion or whatever you have to lubricate the area. Keep pulling on it several times a day, and in a couple of weeks, you should see good results.
If this isn't working fast enough, a doctor can presribe a hormone cream that will help speed things up.
In the worst case, you might need a tiny loosening snip to loosen the hood, but this is really rare. Make sure anyone who touches you knows that you do not want circumcision! If any doctor suggests it, go to another doctor. I mean it. Some doctors prefer the easy (for them) and profitable cutting solution, but they are not the ones that are having their sexual pleasure permanently reduced! Find a doctor who will work with you to keep the foreskin intact.
But, really, a little stretching is enough in most cases. Enjoy it!

I agree with the answer from Maple listed above. If you don't have to do it. Don't. Not only will it hurt for a while, you will loose some of the sensitive feeling in the head of your penis. You will feel really uncomfortable and the feeling of your penis head constantly touching your underwear or pants will be irritating. If you are younger you may still have time to grow out more foreskin, If not try some stretching techniques on the Internet. I would really just leave it alone.

Circumcision isn't required, unimportant and pejorative even.
Getting it there usually are more side effects than beneficts.
It's an obligation for some religions and helpful only in case of grave phimosis. In some African countries to low the number of HIV infection the circumcision is well-recommended. Today it's a simple surgery with 1 or 2 day hospital and a short convalescence while it will be painful on the first days only, of course.

circumcision is removal of the foreskin of the penis.
it is done in condition called phimosis( the foreskin is not retractable) which makes erection of penis pain full.if it gets partly retracted when flaccid then on erection the return blood supply is impaired and the penis gets swollen and painful.
this surgery is done on medical grounds only after 5 years because till then a condition called physiological phimosis can exist which will resolve spontaneously.
the surgery is a small procedure and you can be discharged on the same day. it heals within a fortnight and no suture removal is needed if absorbable suture materials are used.
the surgical procedure has no side effects. but erection of the penis during the healing stage might be painful. medications are given to prevent this.
lubrication jellies are used not only for their lubrication property but also they partially make the penis numb so that you can prolong your sex a little bit. it is messy.
as you have not given your age and your problem/ needs i can not comment on the necessity for you.

You got lots of excellent answers friend. I was cut as a baby,
and now as an adult suffer from poor sex. Lower sensation
levels, shorter looking penis, and a genuine wish to get my foreskin back. I think it is wrong to mutilate a baby boy in
this manner, it seems like child abuse. forget religion, I can't
believe some people circumcise their boys for religion. Now
if you need it as an adult, then you can decide, but with proper
hygiene and foreskin separation(ability to pull it back, its good to
masterbate to loosen the skin, get it back 4 bathing) the act
of Circumcision is not neccesary, or justifiable...
In fact I had to question my own parents "why they did me" I
have felt angry, missing something, incomplete, and jealous
of those intact. I wish I had a foreskin

Circumcision is not necessary to have sex. Do you not realize that you are born uncircumcised. 3/4 of the male population are not circumcised. Circumcision is an old religious custom that has some health benefits. Also, there are many advantages to remaining uncircumcised. Google circumcision and you will learn that there are several flavor of the month groups who are advocating for and against. Read and make your own opinion. Just remember one thing: regardless of what anyone says...it hurts like heck for several weeks.

It should be done as an infant really so the child dosent remember it so much, thats if is going to be done at all. as long as a man is clean and washes reguarly, there is no need for circumcision. It is done mainly as a religious thing BUT some men may need it done for any other reason at any time in their life. if your foreskin dosent pull back without hurting or is uncomfortable to should see a dr.

If your penis works fine for masturbation, it'll work fine for sex. The foreskin can actually help because it stimulates the head while sliding up and down during sex/masturbation:
http://www.cirp.org/pages/anat/
If uncut, your penis shouldn't get dirty either. It takes five seconds to slide it back and rub the head; and it even feels good. In addition, in the United States, it does not lower HIV/AIDS rates. For example, we're the only rich country that does this surgery to babies and we have the highest HIV/AIDS rate compared to rich countries in Europe and Japan.

OUCH! I had mine done at 1 day old, thank god I dont remember
THe benefits, no more smegma or cheese to clean up, the downsides, I hear it's less stimulating during sex for both the man and woman. But the foreskin is nasty looking! Alot of bacteria involved there.
You're going to need alot of ice and creams and take it easy!
