how many diapers do infants go through a week or month?

Approximately 7 diapers a day = 49 diapers a week = about 220 a month.

infants at least 6-7 a day. You could probably make it through one of the jumbo boxes which contain 100+ diapers for about $20.

My son went through about 50 a week until he was a couple of months old. Then it went down a few, and kept going down.
