Oh, I'm certain they're all crying in their beds because of a miniscule victory in a downward-spiralling conflict.

The very idea of a victory against Islamic fundamentalism makes them pull their hair out. After all there's nothing Liberals hate more than liberty.

Why would any liberal be upset at a victory, there are so few. Liberals and every other American doesn't wish us to fail in Iraq, they just recognize that what we are doing hasn't worked so far. If it begins to work, then those victories will be appreciated by one and all. It's so tiring to keep seeing seeing these questions aimed at trying to make the liberals, and anyone else who opposes the failures of this war, made out to be against victory or success. If success and victory had been part of the last four years to any degree, the liberals and the rest of us wouldn't have a need or desire to complain.

no longer attempting to sound like a no longer undemanding guy, yet with reference to the only time I cry is by dying. I even tend to grow to be greater pissed than upset over issues. i assume i'm an extremely stereotypical male in that regard. Did Incubus of definitely anybody extremely in basic terms call somebody else a sociopath and a psychopath?

I am not upset at all.

Nothing would please me more than to see a functioning stable Iraq.

I am by no stretch of the imagination a supporter of this administration, but think that the current strategy that Bush is pursuing, as well as the "surge" are exactly what is needed. They are, 4 years too late, finally applying their own counter insurgency doctrine.
I have no doubt that this will tamp down the violence, but from what I have heard, it will be far from being able to quench it.

I am not upset at all. I think it's great because Iraq is a step closer to standing on their own two feet and running their own country. Hopefully, we can soon start bringing our troops home.

I'm not upset about this. I'm upset about the mistreatment and harassment of our wounded troops, something that the Cons on this board don't give a shiite about.

Don't care. Let the Iraqis do their own dirty work and leave our sons and daughters out of it.
