i complained about the price i was paying about 6 months ago and they gave me money off my bill for (think was) 3 months... buy ya gotta be cheeky and acutally ask for an incentive to stay " like a loyalty discount"

also have you checked out their new bundles on their site, i just saves £40/month... literally last night!

just for the record.... SKY made a statement saying that the extra money they wanted off virgin ammounted to an increase of 3pence per customer based on the number of present Virgin suscribers..... Virgin made a statement saying that SKY had doubled it's asking price... this surely means as a present Virgin customer i was only paying 3pence/month for those channels anyway? so how much discount do you think they'll give you?

but not actually tried to get discount for loss of sky one etc, but my initial idea should get you more money off initially.
