how to make a authorization letter that wud say that i authorize my mom to register and apply for my nursing license on my behalf.. please help me

Get a Power Of Attorney from a lawyer.

I would almost say that you have to do this in person, just like a driver's license or any other form of ID.

i (ur name) authorize (name) to apply for my licence....... let them know by phone to so they kno ur doin it.. it helps.. plus send in urs and hers id!
