Did you do a search on that term looking for fixes? I have no personal experience with this problem, but here are the first three hits that come up from Google, and they seem reasonable...

Technical term unrecognizeable. If you're talking about mold or mildew exposure to sunlight might help. People who don't frame a work on paper usually aren't too bright.

foxing from paper might be hard to reserves it just means the paper has aged
