what is the required qualification to be a CEO in an organisation ,esp. software company....
which graduate will become a CEO ..., or irrespective of their graduation they will become a ceo?
also is there much experienced worker will have the qualification to be the CEO. any young people holding ceo post?

There is no rule about what education you need to be a CEO. Anyone can do it. In fact, if you start your own company, YOU can be a CEO. Even if you have little education.
However, any big company is not going to consider anyone that doesn't have extensive experience in running progressive larger businesses. While some people can rise based on smarts (rather than education), most will have an MBA, other advanced business degree, or an advanced degree in the field (e.g., if it's an engineering company, the CEO might be someone with a PhD in engineering).
To be a CEO of a large company, you need to understand law, finance, accounting, human resources management, etc. Even though you'll have experts working for you (CFO, HR manager, COO, etc.).

only thing u require to be a ceo is hardwork, ability to understand going around u and a great personality to influence ur subordinates to capture that charm.
qualifications are just the basic graduation, better if u have a professional diploma but the thing required the most is experience or u must be the son of the owner of the company or start ur own!

Experience n the depth of knowledge in the feild n leadership r the qualification to become a CEO.
If u happen to start a company n when it grows to a large extent that u have a set of board of directors, the superior among them will become the CEO.
Educational qualification to the relevant feild is also a must.
