where is the fuse box on my car by the way the year 2002

The main fus epanel is under the hood on the inner fender on the passenger side of the car. You will see a rectangular plastic cover under the reinforcement bar that runs from the radiator support to the strut tower. Just lift the tab and slide it out from under the re-bar.

The two places you typically find them is either above your left foot when in the driver's seat or under the hood.

In the trunk, near the flux capacitor.
