I have a lot of pain on my lower stomache and It hurts when I urine. I also have pain in my vigina when I sit down or walk. while takin a shower i checked inside and felt like a hard solid ball of skin. and the other side is normal. I dont kno what it could be.

Go to the doctors office and be seen now. I had a few of those symptoms but not the hard ball of skin thing... but I ended up having a kidney infection. It could be that or a UTI. Go get checked. Any fever? And you better get that thing checked too... I am not even sure what that is about. Hope you feel better soon.

both the above could be correct. neither are doctors though, which is who you need to consult right away!!! the lump could very well be a growth of some kind, polyp, tumor, or even a rupture of your vagina that your bladder is pushing through (kinda like a hernia). or it could just be your bladder is swollen from a UTI.
go to the doctor ASAP!!!

Jeeesh could that first chick be ANY MORE dramatic? It does not sound like cancer, it sounds very much like a urinary tract infection- you do need to see a doctor, and soon- like today. You could develop a fever and get very sick.

sounds like a UTI - go to the dr.
it can go into your kidneys.
also, could you be pregnant? maybe that was your uterous that was hard? and UTIs and pregnancy go hand in hand sometimes.
