Because you have an iron defiency, you are going to feel tired. I have iron defiency anemia. You need to take an iron supplement which you can find over the counter (or you may need to consult with a doctor to see if you need a stronger, prescription dose of iron). Taking vitamin B is also helpful. It provides energy and helps when iron is low. Eat more greens in your diet and foods containing lots of iron. Turn on some music and exercise (or dance around like I do), drink plenty of water and you should be fine. Hope this helps!!

You're going to hate this one... Exercise! Get out and walk outside for 30 minutes a day or go to the gym and get on the treadmill.. Seriously! You won't believe the change this will make in the way you feel... Next, eat lots of fresh stuff, not so much processed stuff, drink lots of water. And, please get your thyroid checked because it could be the root of your problem!

Go talk to your doctor... some things you said are signs of depression. Make an appointment, and they can give you some iron pills to help boost your iron levels back up. Try a daily vitamin too. Good luck.

Pull yourself together.
Exercise
Eat a healthy diet with a wide range of foods, fresh fish, red meat, fresh Vege etc.
Most canned foods are high in additives, salt, fats, etc

Eat more fruit and veg. Get iron from green veg and red meat. Drink fresh juices. Protein from nuts and eggs.

Have your thyroid checked. Being tired and feeling cold are symptoms of hypothyroidism.

There could be many reason why you are feeling as tired as you are........could be your thyroid.......do you snore? could be sleep apnea....could be almost anthing!!!!

take some b-12 supplements...it might help also if you get some exercise....
