That's why I just switched to reasoning with brick walls, it's easier.

Yes, but I will only reason for so long. I realize that people are going to see things the way they want to anyhow. And besides, even when you have gotten through to them, their pride will never allow them to admit that they were wrong.

Yes. My mom never listens to reason. I could tell her something a thousand times, explain how it makes sense according to reason and she still does not listen. It's very frustrating.

Yes, dealing with rude and stupid customers who claim that the order was wrong and it wasn't. It's not my fault they don't know the difference between prime rib and sirloin. Or broasted chicken vs BBQ chicken. God I'm glad I retired.
