1. Michigan-I know you said do not put them in order, but Michigan is the biggest powerhouse in college football. They have the most national titles, the best winning percentage, the most conference titles than any other team in any conference, the most wins, the largest delta (points for minus points against) in college football history, the most undefeated seasons, the highest all-time strength of schedule rating, the most winning seasons, one of only two schools with a winning record against every 1-A conference, the only fight song in the hall of fame, the largest stadium in the nation, and are a part of the best rivalry in all of college sports. For those that do not put Michigan on there list, you have to not know football and tradition.

We could argue this all day. But over the past twenty years, Notre Dame has fallen off the map. Miami seems to have imploded of late. Alabama is a bunch of has-beens. Meanwhile Auburn and Wisconsin have moved up the food chain considerably.
