You should use a condom during oral, if and only if, your not sure of your partners sexual history. (Partner meaning both male or female). I believe that guys do give better head. Because only a guy knows what a guy needs. But that's up to you. If you do know what your partners sexual orientation, and history is, then you don't need the condom at all, either anally or orally. semen is perfectly ok to drink, as far as harmfully effects go. But then again you have got to use common sense, and know who your having sex with.

For women (or gay) oral sex through condom is bad and unpleasant! Yep, with unknown persons and for safety condom is necessary, but I don't realize as they can endure the oil and the disgusting flavor of the plastic in the mouth!

it is good that you are thinking about wearing a condom when you give oral sex, but it can be unpleasant due to taste and texture...
the alternative for you is to get to know the person first to be close to sure that you aren't opening yourself up to an infections (you can never be 100%, but...)

Oral sex is not bad for health if partners are disease free
Especially herpes(1&2), aids, genital warts, yeast infec.
Don't use a condom, it feels better and you can spray
your partner with spunk, then hug and smear it, then bathe

not sure about orla sex but oral sex is never bad...always goooooooood!! I hate the taste of latex though yuk!!!

well its not as good w/ a condom on but i will tell you that if you have ever seen like a sore or blister on her mouth then yes. where the damn condom.
